Senior Thomas Chavez jumping during the pole vault event on March 29th. Chavez competed against pole vaulters from Fort Zumwalt West. Hickman, Fort Zumwalt North, and Troy, “I warmed up, but I was also pretty warm because I had events before that. I didn’t do as much as I normally would but I just did some of the basic stuff I usually would, like I did some sprints, stretched, and did some pole vault drills before that.
